Built to minimally disrupt the environment and view of the hill, the slats allow sun to still get to the grass, and the awning catches shadows of the plants above, integrating into the hill. It’s fully adjustable: the slats are only joined to the frame at the top, allowing you to pull them out to a more shallow angle. Pegs slot in and out of the frame to keep the back-rest slope in place where you just set it. The knee/foot rest also slides, enabling you to lounge or prop yourself up. The awning is simply staked into the ground, and the post slots securely in place, so you can rotate it with the sun.
